Wa 3alaikom assalam, hala bro and welcome to Mac4Arabs

My personal preference is to get software updates and freeware/shareware/trials from MacUpdate. If you search for real one player, you'll find what you're looking for. (shortcut to RealOne Player here)

Where are you having problems with Arabic? web browsing, email, or is it everywhere?

First, I would recommend that you update your system to 10.2.4.

Second, I would check the Arabic settings:
- Go to System Preferences:International
- If you have Arabic listed under the "Languages" tab, then you're ok. If not, then click the "Edit" button and add it.
- Next, go to the last tab in that window "Input Menu" and make sure Arabic is selected as one of your keyboard.

For web browsing, I use Safari and Mozilla 1.2. For email, I use OSX' built-in email application Mail.app

Best of luck..
