there used to be some quarterly editions way back in the 80's

to be honest it served sole promotional purposes nothing fancy at all,and it was based on system 6-7
However to start your first edition you need :
writers,reporters,editors, photographers, and art directors (put me here, put me here
) and a good budget, and yeah don't forget to use a bunch of G5's, and one PC.
