Alaikum assalam,
This is a common issue Murshid, so don't worry here we will get it fixed.
I presume you had Microsoft Office installed. MS office installs a set of fonts that some of them corrupts Arabic display.
Follow these steps to fix it. In your own account > Library > Fonts, delete "Arial" and "Times New Roman" fonts as these are the culprits.
Don't worry you still have another copies of these two fonts elsewhere.
Now try opening an Arabic web page.
