A new mac user with a long list of questions...

AlSalam 3lykum everyone
I'm a new mac user and I've got a whole list of questions which I'd be thankful if you can answer...
the first being how can I type from left to right in this screen ..? I;ve used the command buttons here but it doesn't seem to help

1. I'm using apple mail and I'd like to know how can I change the default encoding of messages to arabic without doing it everytime one by one
2. How can you copy an image from a pdf file? and how can I add/remove pages in a mac pdf?
3. I notice that my keyboard has some of the keyboard buttons for writing in arabic messed up...what do you suggest I do?
4. I have MS Office installed and I wanted to know why are the toolbars messed up where I can see some of the items on the screen behind the word etc. document and how can I fix this?

someone of these questions may sound trivial to some...

Your question for setting your type to appear proper left-to-right, at the bottom right corner of the forums window look for two drop lists just beside the orange square button, try some from there although I don't think it will display as it should be.

Q.1 Sorry I don't use Mail

Q.2 Are you using Adobe Reader to view/read a pdf? If not, then you better download a free copy from Adobe and use it, then you can copy images easily. In Macintosh OSX there is the Preview application that can read PDF, but it is not as versatile as Adobe Reader, you may copy images but not in good manner. My advice is to get yourself an Adobe reader

Arabic characters are located differently on a Mac keyboard than that of other PCs, to make sure you have a keyboard with accurate Arabic characters distribution, do the following: From Apple menu choose System preferences, then choose from Preferences window "International" then click on the Input menu tab, and lastly tick to select Keyboard Viewer. You should have the Arabic activated also. Once done that, you will be able to call the keyboard on your screen from the Language menu (flags on top of your screen)

1- I realized that the english writing in this forum is all messed up and all seem to write from right to left instead of vice versa I do hope that the administrators of this site can fix this
2-I'll download the adobe reader..I actually thought of doing so but wanted to avoid having to deal with a slow opening pdf file..which I hope the new adobe reader for mac isn't..so thanks
3-As for the apple mail encoding problem I called Apple today and the "specialist" said that I can convert the whole menus to arabic but I can't change teh default setting on mac apple mail to arabic....;(
4- regarding my keyboard...thanks for your tips but I have arabic already enabled and did all the steps you mentioned before..my problem seems to be much more complicated...let me explain this a little...the arabic keyboard viewer has some of the letters (especially the last row) all messed up meaning that a V does not correspond to a dal but a raa!...a specialist in apple told me that they will talk to their engineers and get back to me in around 3-4 days!
5- regarding the MSoffice mess..I've attached a screenshot you'll notice that teh word toolbars do not take the whole window length which is annoying since the gaps are shown which show some web browsing tabs in the background...
